Locking down (or finding your new) circadian rhythm
In the late 1800’s the invention of the light bulb did an amazing thing for productivity allowing us to keep working after sunset. However with it came some unexpected health consequences that we may not have foreseen.

If you think about it our bodies are very much like our cars. If we look after them they look after us. Often it can be too easy to skip a service or let the tyres get so worn down that the car may not even pass it’s WOF. Would you do the same to your body?

What’s a ViPr and how’s it useful?

Some time ago I remember highlighting my right hip to someone who was giving me a check over for general health and I didn’t get the answer I was looking for. The reason for highlighting it was that it felt different to my left hip!
