TRX is completely on trend at the moment as it is a great way to get fit and tone up your muscles. The TRX system allows you to leverage your own body weight and use this as resistance for any given exercise. This means you can be a beginner or an expert and do the same exercise.
The class is a 45 minute session and takes place in F4L's purpose built gym which provides a great indoor space to enjoy this fun class. It's suitable for all ages and abilities. $16 x no. weeks in school term or $20 casual.

S C F R stands for: Strength, Cardio, Freestyle and Relaxation.
These 4 themes rotate each week so you get a good mix of activities. The 4th week allows your body to wind down a little more than usual and gives it a chance to restore with gentler movement. The other 3 speak for themselves. Freestyle may be a combination of kettle bells and boxing or body weight type activities.
