This ‘Train Your Gut’ gut healing series is to give you an understanding of how to best treat your gastrointestinal (GI) tract for optimal health.
- As you may know our immunity is very much controlled by our gut and if we look after it then it will look after us.
- This programme does not profess to cure any issues like IBS or Crohn’s or other gastro problems. What it will do is help educate you in how to best behave in terms of nutrition and what best serves your gut health as opposed to the things that harm it.
- Once you have these behaviours figured out it’s a matter of sticking to a regime that gives you optimal health and wellbeing – earning you a stronger immune system and the many positive benefit that flow on from a healthy GI.
- This 4 week programme can be spread over however long it takes you to complete each step. It will guide you to habits that will set you up for a healthier gut and a stronger immune system.
