The 12 Weeks of Health is a programme that gives you the tools to manage your nutrition intake and your exercise output which being monitored for accountability via an online food diary.


You receive a soft copy of the programme which you can either print and bind or staple to carry with you for the duration of the programme or keep on your chosen device.In this e-book you will have a structured programme that helps you;

  • Track you exercise and eating habits
  • Follow a new workout each week in between other movement activities
