101 Mobility Moves (Classes)


Since 2020 I have been running online classes via my private VIP Facebook group, hit me up if you’d like to know more, anyway I wanted to get the benefit of doing mobility work out to a wider audience.

Here is a large sample of that mobility work. Something for every body part and joint.
I challenge you to do one every week or more often. Just like showering, we don't just do it once, we need to keep doing it to get the ongoing benefit, same with this type of body work.
I believe I am running faster and freer than I ever have and I'm nearly 50!
