Select your 12 week fitness plan
The 12 week plan can be as simple as 2 sessions a week with a PT or it can include different wellness elements that help give an insight into what is going on inside and outside your body. Dependent on the amount of time you have and how in tune you are with your body will depend on which wellness option elements you choose.
Fitness plan to lose weightBelow is a sample fitness plan that you could choose for 12 weeks:
- 2 x 30 minute sessions / week with PT instructor - Epigenetics profile which gives you personalised information on food, exercise, mindset, environment, social and lifestyle for a 12 month period helping you to stay focused and eat right for your body type. COST - $100/week + $279 for epigentics licence (access for 12 mths) |
Fitness plan to reduce stress
In our wellness programme we believe it is very important to look at the whole person and to understand what is happening within your day to day life as well as what is happening with your body.
For example you may do exercise 3 times a week, eat well but still can't shed the extra few kilos that you seemed to have gained since you turned 40! It's only by looking at the complete picture we can assess sleep patterns, stress levels and work on a programme that will maximise well being for a particular stage of life. Sample plan - 1 x training session per week - Cortisol profile (stress) testing - Sleep evaluation and tracking - Gut health programme COST $100 per week for 12 weeks OR $50 per week plus an initial payment of $576 |
