Come and enjoy a complete body work with our 9:15am boxing class. Get that heart rate up and release some energy with some great tunes.
You will strengthen your aerobic and anaerobic systems doing boxing. This gets you a great sweat on and will have you puffing. This is important for toxin release as well as improving fitness and shedding fat.

ALL ABILITIES | GLOVES INCLUDED
TRX allows you to leverage your own body weight to use as resistance for any given exercise. This means you can be a beginner of an expert and do the same exercise.
All Abilities can therefore work together in a class - no excuses not to!

Kettlebells were invented by the Russian army - don't let that put you off.
hey are a great way to strengthen the posterior muscles - those up the back of your body. When we sit and lean over a computer everyday these get weak. They need to be activated and strengthened - kettle bells are the go to for this!
Start off low level and as you get fitter your abilities will allow you to do more advanced work with the kettle bell.
WEDNESDAY | 9:15 - 10:00
This class focuses on the core and is a mens class that runs in 6 week blocks (although you can join at anytime).
If you are keen to gain core strength, improve your posture and understand your core anatomy better then this class is for you. Come along an give it a try.
Have fun with like minded blokes and get that body you have always wanted ready for Summer.

S C F R stands for: Strength, Cardio, Freestyle and Relaxation.
These 4 themes rotate each week so you get a good mix of activities. The 4th week allows your body to wind down a little more than usual and gives it a chance to restore with gentler movement. The other 3 speak for themselves.
Freestyle may be a combination of kettle bells and boxing or body weight type activities.
