30 Days of eating clean and living lean, a great add on to the 12 Week Challenge
The Healthy Eating Programme runs on a monthly cycle.
It brings together the shopping lists, recipes, snack and smoothie ideas all delivered to you via a private Facebook group so you can print or use from a tablet or smart phone to access your daily information.
