About Fit 4 Life - AHC
At Fit 4 Life we like to help people get and stay fit – For Life! Clients range from 11 years all the way to around 74.
Whatever age and stage you are at we will assist you to get to where you want to be. Full accountability rests with you the client but Fit 4 Life is your support with the necessary tools to help you get there. We will ensure you maximise your workouts (no nonsense!) and will insist on other exercise being completed away from our sessions. We will work towards ensuring that exercise becomes a lifestyle choice and that it naturally occurs for many years to come.
Rich is a pom who's Dad was born in NZ, so he has a kiwi passport and tries to pass as one but his accent won't let him!
He's has been a passionate exerciser and sports person, mostly rowing and swimming, for as long as he can remember but decided he wanted to do more with that passion and became a health coach, having worked in managerial positions in customer centric environments.
Rich is fully qualified and registered exercise professional and health coach. Offering a range of services to match your budget and goals.
Rich uses a holistic approach to his craft and looks not only at external health but also internal. Using the food sensitivity test as well as the adrenal stress test can gain insight into what is holding people back from their goals. Often lifestyle adjustments are needed and Rich will coach you through these with easy to use tools that will get you to your goals. Specialising in weight loss and corrective exercise, including the all important core & pelvic floor. Rich is also a keen runner and has helped people reach their goals in full marathons, half marathons and 10k events.
Rich looks forward to meeting with you to help you work towards whatever heath and fitness goals you may have.
Remember: working with a health professional is all about YOU the client and YOUR needs. It's important not to have preconceived ideas that you may not be suited to it, it will be tailored to suit YOU.
